As a professional organization we strive to advocate for the issues that directly impact underserved communities. As we work with the NBNA, we give back to future generations through education, scholarship and mentorship. We will resolve to be intentional about the ongoing progression and advancement of health education to the community at large.

We stand ready and willing to advocate on behalf of healthcare policies and best practices that provide culturally competent health care services in our communities. Uncertain times provide opportunities to be creative and innovative in our approach to positively influencing health care decision making. As a member of TCBNA and the NBNA you join a vast group of men and women who are dedicated and steadfast “to serve as the voice for Black nurses and diverse populations ensuring equal access to professional development, promoting educational opportunities and improving health.”
